BRIEF I: PLAN A CREATIVE EVENT

Rationale:
As we approach the end of the 2nd year of our degrees, we as visual communication class mates and peers have formed some tight relationships. Wether through shared interests of design or music, or living in close quarters during the 1st year it is natural for us to communicate with one another through social activity, the pub or a house party, and also through an online community  - sharing interesting links, photos, video and comments through our blogs and social networking websites. Within the course, collaborations are beginning to form. I want to mix the idea of coming together creatively in an environment which is relaxed and open.

Brief:
Arrange and hold an event which tests this idea with visual communication peers. Create an environment which encourages creativity through themes and formats. Audience participation is crucial, so utilising the array of skills practiced by visual communication students will be key to achieving an outcome which shows the event documented and turned into a website to help publicise future events which will be open to everyone.
